His user name is @BoostedVetteI am interested in rest of his build. Injectors? BAP/pumps? Intake? Headwork?
On a stock factory block, those liners wont take boost for very long. GM didnt leave a lot of power on the table with them. The block is strong with new dry liners.Anyone remember his name? Popped his motor and now in a mustang. I have some questions on SCing LS7.
Thanks
Did you get a Z06?
Shit is Dope bro!
That is such a sick Z!!!
Beautiful!
You've heard the answers over and over: the LS7 is not great for boost in factory form. All of this can be fixed, but if you cut corners while "going big", you will be on borrowed time until it pops.
How much are you making with the current setup? I, personally, would go with a bigger NA build and make the car as light as possible. Hitting over 600whp, with a lot of power under the curve, is very achievable NA with an LS7 and relatively simple mods.
Do you have goals for peak power, trap speeds or 1/4 times?

Beautiful car dude! Add the flexfuel sensor to your car and have it enabled in the tune to make your life easy. Something Ford dropped the ball on. Bigly.
A built shortblock and boost will make you the head manager at Gapplebee's.
