They are made men now. No reason to conform to society anymore. I think most of us would grow those beards if we made millions and didn't need to look the part for our jobs.
He's 41...hardly an old man lol. But he's rich so he doesn't give a crap and neither would I.

I consider it a "curse". My beard is way too thick... I have been told it looks like velcro lol.
As soon as the work allows beard, I will grow one for shits and giggles. Not as dirty as theirs, nice and controlled
