Drove a Mercedes C55 AMG

All i can say is wow, I am seriously debating trading. It pulls like a mofo and its so tight and well put together. I really dont know if i can bring myself to trade my cobra off though. I also drove a 2004 BMW M3, was not impressed at all, It is a very nice car but is lacking the torque that i am used to. While i was at the Mercedes dealership they had a SL65 AMG V12 BiTurbo 606hp 760ftlb torque!! Bad ass and it only $185,000 :rollseyes

It was a 6 speed M3, Like i said a nice car all around just lacked the torque.

I don't think a benz would match my personality, no matter how much hp it had. Of course, I wouldn't turn down an SLR McLaren if somebody offered it.

May not feel like much with your ass as a guage, but the M3 is pretty much even with a stock 03/04 Cobra in the 1/4. The Cobra may have an edge, but by .2-.3 seconds at MOST. On any given day, an 04 M3 can edge out a Cobra and vice versa. It's really a toss up. Needless to say in any road course, the M3 will WALK a Cobra. And I mean WALK. Braking too. They are over priced in my opinion, but they are one hell of a car overall. Equal to or a tad less in acceleration with a Cobra but far superior in the handling department. Plus far superior in how they are put together, interior etc. It's not even close the actual "quality" between the cars. M3 hands down. Of course all of that comes at a VERY high price for the Bimmer.
