I switched between the 2 just fine, no driveshaft issues. My tranny mount had to be modified to fit the 3650 because of a little nub on the bottom of the casing, but I think if you're putting the t45 in yours you probably won't have an issue. I obviously cant be quoted on it though, as I haven't done it.
