I noticed my car would vibrate whenever I go over 4500 rpm. So I went to Ford and had them checked it. Afterwards, the guy told me it was my torque box that was damage causing my car to vibrate. The next day off I had, I inspected it myself and found this:

I also noticed that my motor mounts are shot and cracked which could be the reason of the vibration. Anyone else have an input? Any suggestion would be great.

Replace your motor mounts and your transmission mount, then see if the driveshaft still hits the exhaust system. It looks like your car is experiencing a lot of movement (especially vertical movement of the transmission tailshaft and front end of the driveshaft) in the drivetrain, more than a car with good motor mounts and transmission mounts should have, especially a Cobra with IRS where the driveshaft doesn't require a lot of vertical movement.

Is the car really low or is the pinion angle up really high? It's very odd the d/s would be touching the transmission tunnel like that.
