I did the solid axle swap in my 03 Cobra and the drive shaft will not bolt up. Will I need one out of a 99 up GT? OR..... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You have to use the pinion flange off of your IRS or yes you can use a GT d/s but the length isn't the right length, although it should still work!
great I let the pinion flange go with the IRS....:cuss:
Maybe you can swap the rear yoke from a GT driveshaft onto yours?
Get a new pinion flange from Ford. Around $30.
