Driveline "clunk" and pro-cal...plausability?

So I just went for that drive, a very long drive. I still can't replicate the clunk at all after taking off the Pro-Cal. It's as if it never existed. Very odd.

It's starting to lean more and more towards my input shaft in the tranny. I don't really race my vehicle, as in drag race. What could possibly add slop to the input shaft?
