Drilled head bolts.

Anybody know of any outfits that sell drilled head bolts? I want to rebuild my dif and lockwire all the carrier/ring gear bolts. The stock bolts are a
7/16-20 x 3/4" long Grade 8.
I am looking for the same bolts, but with drilled heads.

Broke too many bits in the past doing that.
Easier to just buy them.

Wow never thought it would be this hard to find a drilled head bolt.
McCmaster has some but not 7/16-20.
The only place i could get a 7/16-20 is Aviall and they want $13/bolt. Total $130 ouch (but does come with an FAA certification tag)haha. Like CBR Repsol says, I think the drill press is calling.

Yes, get the bolt jigs, and a good carbide, or cobalt drill, since grade 8 is a bitch to drill.

Just go slow and use lots of taping oil. Remember that you want to keep the drill bit cool as well as lubricated. And set the drill at a slower speed when drilling harder material.
