Drag setup questions

Looking to purchase a 15x10 weld rts s71 (6.5" backspace/21mm offset) and either put a 295/55 or a 275/60 Mickey Thompson Street S/S.

I had a couple questions.
I know about grinding to fit the rears. But will they fit a 295, no rubbing on a h&r race spring.

Will using a 17x9 wheel up front with a regular radial tire in the front be an issue instead of a skinny?

Would like to be able to drive on the streets and see the track a few times a month.

295/55/15 Mickey's on 15x10 Billet Specialties. Low profile IRS bolts, MM rear tie rods, MM brake lines, and rolled fenders. I'm running Eibach rear springs with QA1 shocks

I am running 15x10 CCW's wrapped in 315's, OEM IRS bolt's, rolled fenders and it fits perfect.
