Soon I will be buying some back wheels for my mach 1 for drag racing. I will buy the fronts later. I was wondering what you guys who drag race recommend. I know that a radial is faster than a traditional wrinkle wall. I would like to run a 26in diameter tire on a 15in wheel. I was just curious to see what rim width and what tire to go with. I was probably going to run a Weld Pro Star wheel. I would like to run Bogarts or Alumastars 2.0 but there so expensive.

The tires I was considering are:

Hoosier Quick Time Pro
Hoosier DOT Drag Radial
MT ET Street Radial
MT ET Street

Thanks!

I would go with a 15x10 and 26x11.5 Mickey Thompson ET drag tires. I have those for my 4.6 on the track........running 15x3.5 up front with Mickey Thompson ET fronts.
