Does the radiator fan have 2 speeds or 1? my car gets hot but i noticed that the fan only has one speed. so if this is the problem, then :cuss: im smart.

There is a high and low setting for the fans.
Where is the relay for this puppy or the ciruit for this...
The low speed lead goes into a little component box right under the IC reservoir in the fan mount. Not sure what it does: could have been a resistor or switch of some type. Anyway mine was melted and component(s) were missing so I just bypassed it and reconnected the lead without it and there you go, low speed fan works!

Cause i feel the fan is blowing low. cause with ac on the car get hot in traffic, but if you get some wind speed going on the road, it cools down.

I think that can happen to any Cobra if it's hot enough out. The stock fan is not really enough to keep the car under 200* sitting in a hot climate with the A/C on.
