Does anyone scrape black plastic on front end?

Hi everyone,

I know all our cars have low front ends...

But does anyone scape that lower plastic piece on the front valiance?

I find no matter how hard I try to go slow and even side ways I still scrape that black plastic piece on my drive way.

Was that black plastic piece intended for this? Meaning our front ends are so low and it would act as a protectant piece for the valiance?

I can't imagine anyone trying to lower this car any more....

I don't know if it was meant to be scraped .. but mine has been replaced by the dealer that scraped it when they were servicing the car and parked it with the nose hanging over the sidewalk.

I guess if you scrape it going into your driveway it is just something you will have to live with. So far I have been lucky and not scraped mine at all with me driving the car.
