I wonder if the drag mode is open exhaust or something with an E cut out.

Still wonder how race gas nets 200 HP. Cant see it happening without increasing boost so Im wondering if somehow they can WG it. Or maybe they can open a bypass unless its in mode 3.

The hellcat has a electric throttle body style bypass that dodge used to create the two different power levels in the regilar hellcat. It's not hard to believe they might do the same with the demon.

As one dimensional as this car will be, why not buy a cobra jet and run 8's?

Not sure if serious? ♂️

But in case you are...

This car is not that one dimensional. Is it a Z28 or GT350? Hell no. But it'll have a full warranty. All the creature comforts that todays tech has to offer. Never mind the fact that it's street legal and will still turn better than most production cars on the road today. Also the owner would have the bragging rights of owning the most powerful and fastest muscle car is history. By far!

Also. Mopar guys wouldn't buy a cobra jet anyway. There's Drag Paks for that.

And where is the GT500? Dodge is hyping the shit out of this car.
They're all in a room with their heads down going bonkers!
Around the table they're looking at press from the Demon, the Durango SRT and the Tomahawk

Then another guy brings up the press from the ZR1

And this is from just the last month...

Finally, someone says "So where we at on the 500?"

And some dude in the corner says: "Well, we leaked a video of a GT350 with a VMP on it!"

...didnt go over well.

engines don't "love" cold air because they run hot. they love it because they can make more horsepower. cold air is denser than hot air so there are more oxygen molecules to burn.
cold air = more oxygen = more combustion
LOL
Right, engines love cold air. You just restated what I posted.
