It's an 18" steel mini spare. It comes with a 145/80-18 tire which is the same diameter as the stock GT500 wheels .
I used this for my 2011 GT500 Vert I just sold.
It fits the rear wheel, won't clear front brakes.
If you get a front flat, you need to move a rear rim to the front and put the spare on the rear, but that beats relying on tire goo.
