do the steg ported blowers come filled with oil?

just got my blower back from steg...ready to throw back on...but just to be sure..they do fill them with oil after porting and before shipping right?

make sure you post your #s, hope you get the #s you were after! because my ported charger tb-pl didn't get me the numbers i wanted my numbers were low.
