Do the '13 TVS blowers come with enough oil?

I popped off the fill plug and nothing came dribbling out...though I move it around a bit from side to side and there was definitely oil in there.

Are they supposed to come from the factory pre-filled (over the parts counter)?

Mine only came with about 2 ounces of oil. Looks like it only took 4 ounces to refill???? I just threw some 5w50 in it for now until my GM supercharger oil came in. I'll change it and recheck it soon.

I just changed my FRPP TVS. Factory fill was exactly 4oz. It took 6 oz. to fill it to bottom of the fill hole.
