2003 Cobra- Cold Air, Acufab Throttle body, shorty headers, Cat back, 2.93 upper, ported heads, KB BAP, should I upgrade MAF and injectors? Was looking at SCT 2600 or 3000.

Yes a MAF and new 60lb injectors would be what you need with your set up.
stock eaton or is it ported? imo you will be close to the edge on the maf, but you dont need a new one just a mafia will easily support what you have. The injectors should be fine until you get the eaton ported and throw a lower pulley on it.
