do i need bigger fuel rail or something else

i have the d1 procharger on my stang, fully built motor, twin ford gt pumps with 8an line to the front with 60# injectors and it is still going lean at 5800 rpm, but my fuel rails are stock, do i need bigger rails or bigger pumps like two 255 pumps with fuel pressure regulator and a return line or what? thanks
