For the 93, didn't Ford just pull a head the 94/95 optional 17" tri-spoke rims? If so, maybe you could find a set of those and refinish to meet 93R specs. Might be an easier solution vs 93R specific rims.

They are the same basic wheel as the 94-95 GT 17".
