Is there a way to disable the two stage unlock (having to hit unlock twice to get both doors to open) on an '03 Cobra? I thought I read that you can hold down the lock and unlock together for a few seconds and it will disable it so that you can just hit unlock once to get both doors to unlock, but it doesn't seem to work on mine. All my other vehicles have it setup to unlock all doors. Find it annoying this one doesn't especially since 9 times of 10, I've got someone else in the car. Thanks.

Never heard of that. Would be interesting if it was true. But then hitting the button twice isn't that bad IMO. I've found if it doesn't always unlock the other door after the second button push the battery might be getting low.

I'm assuming you may get some tips on that and apply it to door lock

True. Didn't think of that. Could just figure out the output to the driver's door and jump it through a diode to prevent backfeeding out to the passenger door.
