I'm in a bit of a dilemma and I hope some some of you can help me ease my decision. I've got a 14 GT/CS with the mt-82 and 3.73 rear. Only 91 is available for premium pump gas. AED will be doing my tuning again. The goal is 600+ rwhp on pump gas, with the stock block "safely". (Lots of supporting fuel and cooling mods are needed I'm sure.) I'm set on a PD blower, and the two standouts are the 2.3 VMP TVS and new front inlet 2.9 Whipple. Personally I like what I've seen on with both setups. The flat torque curve on the new Whipple graph has my attention, especially with my 3.73s where I'm afraid I'll just boil my rears with the TVS at 8-10lbs. With the type of driving I do there is no reason to go over that 600HP goal, on occasion I'll drag race, otherwise it's a road warrior, and will sometimes go run at some road courses, paved rally's, autocross and just have fun. I expect fuel and cooling mods will be needed with both. I know the new Whipple will fit under the boss strut tower bar but I'm not sure on the VMP TVS v2. I definitely want to keep it for the twisties I encounter. I have no clue on cost since it seems they can be had at lower prices than advertised, but how much lower I haven't a clue. I know fast+reliable =/= cheap and will pay to do it right the first time. So coyote brethren, I'd love to hear your thoughts. -Jason
