Difficulty of a Tremec 3550 swap?

Hey guys.. I am really contemplating doing a tranny swap in my Cobra. I have a good buddy with a 04 Mach that pretty much made his a drag car.. the 3550 came out and a built c4 went in.. So, I can get it for cheap.. only 25k miles on it, no problems what soever.. somes with triax shifter as well..

What I dont know is what I will need to swap it into my car. I know the 99+ are a digital speedo, so how will i get mine to work? will I need a different driveshaft? wiring? etc...
