Differences Between Boss 302R and Boss 302S

Hey Guys-

Besides some of the cosmetics and the fact the Boss 302R is actually being raced on some circuits by Ford Racing, what are the other major differences???? I believe there were 2 versions of the S (a Grand Am and the standard version) as well.
