Difference between the two JLT RAI's?

There are two different JLT ram air intakes on LP's site, carbon fiber ram air and a true ram air. I'm just curious on the differences between the two, and which one would suit me better. Right now I have a stock intake with a SCT 2600 MAF and a K&N cone, which were on the car when I bought it. I'm hoping to put a twin screw on next month and am just stuck on which rai to get.

the difference is probably just in the pvc pipe .. the carbon fiber kit is going to be much higher in price

Interestingly enough the outside diameter of the two measure to be about the same. However the inside diameter of the carbonfiber RAI is slightly larger due carbon fiber material being thinner than the plastic that used on the base RAI kit. I don't know if this was good for anymore HP, I doubt it would be much... if at all. Just pretty much the only difference I can think of. Other than obvious price and material differences.

Honestly their pretty much the same thing! But I like the look of my CF intake lol!
