Diff. between 99-00 and 01-03 Ls

other than the cosmetic differneces between the two, what exactly gives the 01+ 20 more hp over the 99-00s? Aslo, are the interiors the same? Thanks!

different maf's, computer program, different intercooler, and a bunch of other stuff im sure someone will chime on later. Interior got minor changes such as differently designed ''oh shit handles'' change cubby under the steering wheel, thicker carpet, 6 disc in dash cd changer, and new silver door handles for the 03 and up. There is probably more that I missed.

Wow, I did not realize all that. What gears are in '01+ and what is the difference in MAFs?

'01's have 3.73 vs. 3.55's in the '99-00. The MAF is now 90mm.
