Second Amendment:

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.


Can someone please explain to me how what she is planning to do NOT infringing our 2nd Amendment right???

It appears to me that she is doing EXACTLY what the 2nd Amendment says the government CANT do...so how is she getting away with this!?

Well thank you all might internet God, but that thread does not pose the question that I am asking in my thread. I did read that thread and it did nothing but turn into a gun control arguement and that is not what Im looking for.

I want to know how its legally and constitutionally ok for her to implement such legislation.

Is it legal in my opinion no. Is it legal to the people that make the law. Yes obviously since they passed it in 94.
