I forgot the tuner when I completed the transaction -- met the guy at his bank. I contacted the buyer many, many times. The buyer did not want the tuner.... Odd.
So, I have this locked tuner. DiabloSport will unlock for I think about $100.00 (send payment, they call with instructions, etc. Don't have to ship anything). Perfect, a new tuner for max of $175!
Selling for $75/offer.
