I'm wanting to get my 03 tuned and have heard about delk performance. Has anyone ever used them?

I've heard of them. I've used them a few times when I had my last 03 cobra. I have kinda mixed reviews about them. I'll admit they did a good job on the parts they installed for me, but...I never felt that I could trust them because of all the bad reviews I heard from friends and forums. You might have a different opinion of them if you decide to use them. Basically they were the closest reputable shop when I was stationed at fort Campbell so I used them even after the bad reviews and warnings I received. I would never trust them with my cobra now maybe because I'm in Texas and I have so many other options for tuning. My feedback is to stay away from them and find someone else if you can

I've used them before on my fox body and I would NEVER recommend them. Where in TN are you located?

Yes you can buy parts from them. I purchased my D1SC from them.
They built a 331 short block for my 88GT for me in 04. It's still going strong at 600+ HP
