Huge red flag for any real Cobra owner...no wide-band. If you see a pullied Cobra without a wide-band, it’s been beat on. Bald rear tires, it’s been beat on. A BAMA tunes Cobra, it’s been beat on. An owner that seems to know nothing about the car, that scares me, depending on how the conversation goes with them, could possibly make a person believe it’s been beat on. You can usually tell just by talking to someone about their car if it’s been beat on. An owner who understands how heat soak can kill these cars, bad tunes can kill these cars and crappy fuel system setups pushed to the edge can kill these cars is what a person should look for when looking at a Cobra. All too often I have read on here ‘’how far can I push the stock fuel pump with X amount of boost?” “Are these 180 dollar eBay injectors any good?”, and come to find out this same person is probably pushing the stock blower over the edge with a smaller lower and the smallest pulley they can squeeze on the blower itself. Any Cobra owner will take their car out on a spirited drive here and there. Nothing wrong with that. My car was beat on, it I brought it back to life. It still has some problems, but she’s getting there! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
