Dedicated aftermarket USP port socket that doesn't suck?

I'm looking for the highest-quality, most durable dedicated USB port socket I can add to my old Mustang. I'm talking dedicated port, not one you plug into the cigarette lighter. I see some decent-looking ones on Amazon and elsewhere but the reviews are full of ching-chong dead-in-a-week bullshit. What can I get that will last?

I'd just take an old USB cable and cut one end off and run to power but there are more expensive options.
