I dunno, but there's a lot to that place, so I'm sure it isn't cheap. If I won the lottery, I'd buy it and pave curves on the private land for folks to ride, hire a full-time ambulance service, make everyone who rides sign a waiver and let Darwin have some fun. Ya can't make people not be stupid, so you might as well reduce your liability...
