What about the fuel pressure at the pressure regulator and the fuel pressure at the fuel logs.
Will they show a differnce beteen cold and warm motor?
I have found, so far just with fuel pressure sensor at the fuel logs, it differ at least 3 - 4 psi between cold and warm motor.
Is this normal?

By fuel logs do you mean fuel rails? If so, yes there will be a difference when measuring pressure at the regulator and at the rail.

Regardless, do not worry about the pressure at the regulator. Set the pressure via your datalog based on what the computer is seeing through the FRPS. That is really all that matters.
