Datalogging while cranking

I'm ready to start troubleshooting my 04 F150. I swapped from the 5.4 3v to a 5.4 4v out of an 04 Navigator.

The 3v has 2 camshaft sensors, and the 4v of course only has one. I'm not entirely sure how to handle this issue yet.

I took a datalog of me trying to crank the truck (less than 10 seconds) to see if I could get any kind of reading for the camshaft position. The only PIDs that I saw were:

Actual cam angle of camshaft this one was zero throughout
cam position duty cycle1 this one was 0.13 throughout
cam position duty cycle2 this one was 0.13 throughout
cam position right bank this one was zero throughout

So basically the truck has no idea what the camshaft position is, correct? I'm not really sure where to begin. I have the left (drivers side) cam position sensor plugged in, but apparently it isn't reading. I've confirmed that the part # for both the 04 f150 camshaft position sensor and the 04 navigator camshaft position sensor are the same.

Also is there a way to disable the second camshaft position sensor in the tune? Also the VCT solenoids.

Some vehicles look at the crankshaft signal only during cranking and ignore the cam signal.
