Datalogging a misfire

Quick background, my 01 blown cobra will misfire when warmed up about 50% of the time. Its very prominent on the highway under a moderate load, but comes and goes as it pleases.

I pulled all plugs and they all looked the same, not bad at all.

It has thrown no SES lights and no codes whatsoever.

Can the Xcal2 datalog individual cylinders to see which one is the culprit?

I have only been datalogging with my SCT for a short time now so I am by far no expert, but as far as I know you can't datalog individual cylinders. I am going to be datalogging tomorrow so I will check. Or you can call/email Don LaSota. He would def be able to tell you.
