Datalogged '14 GT, confused on throttle position

I datalogged my car to get a revision from my tuner and noticed my 'absolute throttle position' pid only registered 76.8 even when i was WOT. Is this a clutch protection feature to protect the mt82? I have not heard back from tuner yet, so I wanted to see if anyone is familiar with this.

I believe its degrees open.

Also looks like your long term fuel trims are at ~7%...have you installed an intake or a oil catch can?

No intake or catch can... Just cat deletes and xpipe... Is my long term fuel trims bad?
