Anyone ever experience any problems with their clocks?

Mine just started to cut out. It only does it when I have my headlights/parking lights on. It works fine when the lights are off.

Any thoughts??? :??:

Yea, I checked that and the weird thing is that when I dim it all the way then the time comes up. Also it does not keep time with the knob on and in the "not dim" position. But it does keep time when the car is off or the headlight switch is in the off position.

 :??:

I'd suspect some of the wiring behind the console. When I installed my aftermarket temperature gauge, I found some "jerry-rigging" and terrible jumpers in the wiring. I eliminated two wires that were doing nothing. Someone may have tied into a clock wire, creating a ground, or some other problem. Just look for strange wires/splices, and see where they go. jmo\

yeah, take dano's advice. sounds like a wiring prob. go to radio shack and buy a 20$ electrical digimeter and start poking stuff :-D
