damn black spots! how to get rid of them?

So I got these black spots showing up all over the car. Mostly on the back bumper and on the hood right behind the vents. I'm thinking it's actually pitting, since I've even tried rubbing compound <which helped a lil> but they are still there. Any suggestions??

CLAYBAR! They will come right up with claybar and a spray bottle of soapy water.

make sure you keep the surface really wet when using a claybar!!!! It can scuff your paint if you dont keep it very wet.

and remember to wax after you clay it...the clay bar will remove the spots but it will remove the wax as well
