At least 4.6L 3-valve (seems to like 5.4 tho)

Short bed
Regular cab, right 1/2 door (supercab?) for right price.
Using it for a modest trailer tower, no more than 10k it sounds like.
We are in OR and having a hard time finding just a basic truck with those options for a price under 22k. Any ideas? He really is obsessed with the idea of buying through Costco and it being new. Any help appreciated.
