[QUOTE="Jamie R., post: 13876982, member: 25860"] Thought I'd give a update since I've finally got a clutch in the car that doesn't slip. After two more promotion clutches that slipped I finally spent the dollars on a rxt twin disc and after breaking it in I cruised over to the track. These two slow passes were full weight and just like the car drives around with the chrome cobra wheels front/back. 2.17 60ft 5.31 330ft 7.76 1/8th 100 mph 9.86 1000ft 11.62 1/4 128.89 mph 1.94 60ft 5.06 330ft 7.54 1/8th 99 mph 9.66 1000ft 11.43 1/4 128.31 mph Still getting used to the very nice light pedal feel of the twin disc. The only downside of the light pedal is trying to find the edge of the release point that I used to have a feel for with the other clutches. I don't just pop the clutch as I still rapidly release the pedal for the irs. Anyhow I bogged the car badly on the first pass enough that I thought it was gonna cut off on me. Second pass I didn't bog it as bad but still bogged it. Car is still in the same configuration as its been since I first started this thread cept for changing clutches till finally putting the twin disc in and the car is still running fine. I still haven't made a pass on the race gas tune. I'll be going back sometime with the car but I'm not sure when since I got another lightning that I've been messing with. Jamie R.
