d1sc brackets missing

I purchased a d1sc kit from a member here and it is missing the intercooler L bracket (attaches to hood latch I believe) as well as the ProCharger sub bracket (goes behind the head unit). I was wondering if there is a place where I can get those particular parts because the individual who sold the kit to me insists that I bought the kit for so cheap that he didn't need to include those parts even though he said everything was included :fm:

I remember the smaller braket for the coil packs being relatively inexpensive. As for the hood latch part I never used it.
