Cylinder head porting and rebuild

So im going about a full rebuild on a 96-98 cobra motor and needing some advice/pics on cylinder head rebuild/porting. Im hoping to accomplish all aspects of the rebuild myself excluding a few minor machining aspects i dont have the tooling for. So...the question stands does anyone have before/after pics of porting on b-heads? Also any advice on 4v rebuild kits on the valvetrain? op:

Mine are navi heads so I couldnt help with porting info as much, but mine have just been rebuilt with manley valves, PAC springs and retainers along with GT rockers. Found it all cheaper than I could get rebuild kits from some vendors. PM me for more info.
