So the other day i replaced all the plugs on the car since it hasn't been done since 2015. I bought the car this past spring and noticed on startup's that once in a while it would smoke for a second. I read on her its not too big of a deal most likely a valve guide seal wore out.

All the plugs were fine for expect #1 it was pretty wet with oil. Over time this will foul the plug and thats never a good thing. How worried should i be and have people replace valve seals without removing the head?

Was it wet on the threads or the electrode? If it was the threads you just need to replace the grommets that seal the plug wells. If it was the electrode then yeah, you'll need to do the valve seals.

Both were wet threads and electrode, more so the threads

My guess is you'll need to pull the valve cover and replace the gaskets. Hopefully that'll fix it.
