I am about to put my bumper back on and I am wondering how much I will have to cut the bumper. I am doing a hellion kit. I know it may be a little different but not by much when compared to other kits. Can someone post some pics of how they cut their bumper? Also I was thinking about using a dremel to cut it, what tools would you suggest? Thanks

Lol that's what I hear. Just not sure what a lot means. Guess its one of those things where you have to line it up to see what others are talking about.

With my CS fascia and the AFCO heat exchanger, I had to cut about 4" off the back of my fascia! I used a Dremel with a cut off wheel.

A lot! I used a jig saw & then a 3M roll off disc to fine tune and buff the edges out. Trial & error. I spent a lot of time as I did not want to cut too much. I also used a cutoff wheel for some of the cuts that are hard to get to.

I used a dremel with a cutoff disk. Worked great as long as you remain patient and keep a steady hand. Also helps to make small cuts.

This may give you an idea what your looking at. It is still a little ruff around the edges. I'll try and snap some more with the valance off later.
