Because the mid-pipe to cat-back is a nuckle you can slightly adjust them forward or back on your rocker- panel.

Yes, they are magnapaks.
Spintech stepped sub-frame connectors work with side-exit set-ups. Good thing to keep in mind.

Spintech subframe connectors are the about the only sfc that will work with side exhaust a couple Roush owners have them and love them.
