Just to get an idea of how hot it gets here in Kuwait. 52°C is 126°F

Gonna be one nasty snake. When do you expect to be done? Are you producing others for sale?

Looks cool, would look cooler if you could have still incorporated a similar heat extractor to stock at the front of the hood into the cowl.

its called a cawl hood !! it already has a vent near the windshield, so no
need for the heat extractors... plus don't forget that I live in Kuwait and its too dusty here.

Actually it's called Cowl Induction, but thats OK, the fwd heat extractor was more for looks, in keeping with the original hood design, see those extractors are one of the sweetest features on the styling of the car, and if you get rid of them, it kinda just generics up the car a little IMHO. Without something, your hood looks just like every other Cowl Induction hood guys have thrown on their Mustangs or Camaros for years. Just too plain and basic thats all.

I kind of agree about vents, but looking at your hood, I don't know where you would put them. It looks killer either way. I can't wait to see it painted and striped.

That looks awesome, I wish the back end of the car looked closer to the 05-09 cars, that front end is wicked and that cowl just screams wicked!! Keep up the awesome work!

i'm not a cowl hood guy at all(it gets old when every other custom 'stang has one), but that looks really good!
you should absolutely think about some sort of venting though, the S197 cars are NOTORIOUS for their underhood air pressure. in their very first race at daytona in the grand-am cup/koni challenge/continental tire challenge series one of the multimatic mustangs lost its hood on the front straight at ~130 MPH. most of the mile guys have reported hood lift on the GT500 too. a vent at the cowl won't vent much air either, due to the high pressure area at the base of the hood.
