It's not 'weird' in the sense of what some of you are describing, but the best meat I have EVER tasted I think was wild boar's meat, in the Philippines, roasted over an open fire, caveman style.

Of course, I was coming from a steady diet of MRE's, so I might have been biased...

You would be surprised, mustard goes with almost anything.

That is, if you like mustard! ;-)
When I was a kid I used to eat nacho cheese dorito sandwiches with mustard. Mmmm, crunchy!

Mustard mixed with grape jelly is a good pork marinade, also good on duck.

Little Tokyo is the sh#t. I haven't been there in a while ever since they closed and remodeled one of my favorite restaurants.

Anyways back to rare foods. Jello chocolate pudding with cheetos is good.

That kracker with peanutbutter and chille recipe sounds really good. I'll try that one of these days.

Kangaroo meat - Very lean, so it mustn't be overcooked or it gets tough and stringy. when cooked right tastes like very tender veal.

Shark's fin soup in Hong Kong was good too.

Had Prarie Oysters when I was a kid, very sweet tasting meat. Most people cant get over where they came from.

Chicken feet is a regular thing if you go for Dim Sum, so no biggie.

When I was in college I would stuff my mouth full of salt crackers and then pour in Diet Coke. Must try that again!

Horseradish rules!

If you eat tartar sauce with your seafood, put a bit of horseradish in it. YUM!

Gator tail. Boy was he pissed when I took it, he was laughed at by his buddies. :D

Only other things are buffalo, bison, beefalo, venison, wild boar and black bear. Not to mention the odd catfish, trout or salmon.

My buddy is an avid outdoorsman. I used to be but no longer have the time.

Least wierd: hot sauce on scrambled eggs for breakfast, Beans/onions/chowchow (STAND BACK!), turnip greens, coleslaw, mashed potatoes, cornbread, sweet tea. Now THERE'S gourmet eatin'.
