Holy shit. How is there no flagman on those blind corners? Even if they just let volunteers do it.
It is 13 miles long with 154 corners. It is open rain or shine. It is also technically classified in the German road system as a one-way highway. No way you can put flagmen all over that place. They do have turn offs about every kilometer where there is a break in the guardrail so that broken down cars can exit and ambulances can enter.

Well then how about a system of lights?
If there is a stop in movement around a blind curve, maybe a red or yellow light could light up a few hundred yards ahead.
Just to help with the safety. Kinda like the red/yellow/green lights in Nascar.
