Hey so im over in australia, and my buddies Falcon has a cracked clutch fork and its not allowing the clutch to fully engage.

How hard would it be to replace it in the driveway... Can someone outline what would need to be done?

I understand we will need to remove the tranny, but will we have to remove the clutch as well?

The tranny is a T5

Local shop wants to charge 4hrs labour to do it, so if possible we want to do it in the driveway.

YEs, you do have to remove the tranny. That is the biggest part. If you already know this and want to do it in the driveway, I am assuming that you think you and your friends can do that. If you think you can do that, you have it 80 percent done. You will need to put some waterproof grease on it too. The cable needs to be changed on the clutch fork and you ease it on/persuade it on. You do not have to remove the clutch though. It is all in the bellhousing attached to the input shaft. Good luck.
