CP Piston Set 20 over -17cc Dish

I have a set of CP forged pistons new in the box with wrist pins part # S9819. 20 over (3.572 bore), -17cc dish. These were purchased a few years back and the block had to be bored bigger so these were just shelved and sat. $650 shipped. SOLD

I'm interested in these for my 03 cobra. Stock compression is 8:5:1 would it be ideal to go down to 8:4:1? I've always heard of people going up, not down.

Although there is some debate over it stock is usually known to be -17 to -18cc so these should keep the compression pretty much the same as it was from the factory.
