"Worth it" is a loaded question in this regard. If you have a bad coupler, yes. If there is nothing wrong with your supercharger, I'd leave it alone. My snout was making a racket (previous owner had installed pulley backwards at one point - ruined the front seal - oil leaked out over time) and so I opted to rebuild it with the kit from rolling performance. If I were replacing the coupler, I'd go ahead and just rebuild the snout.
